Formats

All our plug-ins are currently Mac OSX VST universal binary format only, for OSX versions 10.4.x and upwards. With the exception of ATA which is also available in Windows VST format. Universal binary, means that plug-ins will work on older PPC G4/G5 macs as well as the new Intel processor machines. All plugs-in are coded in C++ using the VST 2.4 sdk.

Licenses

You may install each plug-in on up to 3 machines which you own at any one time, and you need to repeat the authorisation steps for each machine. The issue of more than three install codes per license is at our discretion, in such cases please contact support.

Refunds

All software sales are non-refundable. Please download a demo of the software before purchase to check your system compatability and that our software meets your requirements. This can not be stressed enough!

Installation / Authorising

ATA

Launch the installer and enter your serial, click "Install".

IR1A/CP1A/EQ1A/Mellowhead

• An active internet connection required to authorise these plug-ins.
• When you complete a purchase, you will be emailed an ID code
• In your DAW, load the plug-in you purchased the license for
• Click the small "i" button in the lower right-hand corner
• Enter or copy/paste the ID you were emailed into the ID text field
• Press the "Return" key
• The license will be downloaded to your machine instantly
• The license wil only be valid for the machine you authorise on
• You can install on three different machines per license
• If you accidently delete or lose the downloaded license, simply repeat the steps again
• Once authorised remove all instances of the plug-in in your DAW session and re-add them or restart your DAW
