There were some protection based errors with this initial 30.04.10 release for all Windows versions and IR1A / Mellowhead Mac.
It's recommended if you experience any problems to download and install again.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Gary, what is a protection based error/what would the symptoms to look out for be?
I have noticed when you first open a plug-in, sometimes there is a short delay for the controls to become active or in some instances a different knob (usually underneath the one you click on) responds. But I don't know if this is more likely a processor/host program thing?
After a longish session the CP1A started becoming unresponsive to adjustments which was resolved with a restart, might be as before.
Otherwise running very well, and nice to be "listening" to the results and not studying values, a very bold but great decision.

The errors that i was referring to were crashes, nothing subtle ![]()
PT 8.03 is recommended, 8.0 has a mouse offset bug which affects some plugins
where the controls appear to have frozen.
I'm considering adding a value readout pop up that will show onlywhen the shift key is held
and a control (knob mainly) is changed. That way it's optional.

That might be a good way of pleasing everyone!
I am running 8.0.3 actually (updated my sig, sorry)
Do the registration details always have to come up initially?

Hi Gary
I'm experiencing some unreactiveness with the EQ and CP after working on a session for 30mins or so, the knobs turn but without affecting anything and when you re-open the plug in the settings are unchanged. I don't recall this happening before, but I have just upgraded to Pro Tools 8 so that may have something to do with it? I find if I restart Pro Tools the plug ins are responsive again.
Thanks
Tom
