Please read the following points before placing your order:

1) Please download and try out the demo version of our plugins before purchasing. This will confirm that it is compatible with your software and hardware, and that it meets your requirements. All software sales are non-refundable.

2) After your transaction has been fully processed, you will receive an automated email response with your registration information. This normally takes only a few minutes. PayPal eChecks can take upwards of 4 business days to clear, you will not receive your registration information until it has cleared. The information will be sent to the same email address as your PayPal account. Some email providers such as hotmail.com may filter out automated responses completely or place them in a spam filtered inbox. If you do not receive our email within an hour, please let us know and include an alternative email where we can send your info to.

3) The email you receive will contain your user name and password to log into the "User Area" of this web site. From there you will be able to download your license file. To authorise simply place the license file in the same folder as the plugin.
